Dear Cowboy Band Members:

We had a good turnout for all of the performances this year. Thank You for taking time out of your busy schedules and coming to play with the Cowboy Band. It takes all of us to continue making great music with the band.

We would like to thank Larry Klipp for his contribution to the Cowboy Band. He got a new case for the glockenspiel bells. We thank Larry for his thoughtfulness. He and Maggie do a lot for the band as many of yu do. We want to thank all who work hard tohelp with the Cowboy Band's needs. Please know that everything each and eery one of you does is appreciated. It takes teamwork for the "world famous Cowboy Band" to keep on playing. Keep up the good work all!!!

Most of you are aware, Ahleen Osloond passed away on September 25, 2008. The Cowboy Band hgad a nice get together of about 30 members who honored her on October 6th at the Black Hills National Cemetery and at a luncheon following. She was a fine member of the Cowboy Band and a wonderful person. She is greatly missed.
